2018-2021
FOUNDATIONAL RESEARCH
The company was registered in 2015 under the incorporation number of BC1046054. It conducted advanced research in deep learning and 3D vision technologies within leading Canadian university laboratories. Established core technical expertise in computer vision, spatial intelligence, and AI-driven perception systems.
2021
COMPANY FORMATION
GovernX was officially established to commercialize cutting-edge AI and 3D vision technologies for industrial applications, with a focus on transforming automation through intelligent perception systems.
2022
FIRST ENTERPRISE TRACTION
Secured initial enterprise engagements and successfully delivered first commercial projects. Formed strategic partnerships with global industry leaders, including Brose and AUX, validating early product-market fit.
2023
PRODUCTION LAUNCH
